No better way to say “I do” than with peanut-butter-banana sandwiches, a grand tour of Graceland, Sun Records, Beale street, and the Johnny Cash Museum. Finding a vegan restaurant or a health food store in Memphis was like searching for a water in a desert, but we found it. We ended up at Third Man Records in Nashville where we did a little vinyl shopping. This was a pilgrimage I had longed to go on and am so grateful I got to experience it with my best-friend, my husband.
